Delivery Policy

Service Standard:
Delivery may take 3 to 5 working days.
If you place your order before 14.30 on weekdays we'll do our best to get your order sent that very day.
All other orders require one to two business days to process before shipping.
Business Days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Shipping Methods:
There are two methods of delivery
Core Gas Safety pack, or Core plus Appliances will be sent by courier.
A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, a notification card will be left
Appliance modules sent by Royal mail first class delivery

Payment Options:
We accept Paypal.
We do not accept cash, cheques, money orders or CODs for orders placed online.

Payment can be made via telephone with credit/debit cards. Call us on 01273 516689

We accept Cheques and Postal orders by mail. Cheques / POs made out to 'Learnatrade (Gas) Ltd. and sent to:

Telephone and Mail Orders:
We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service.
Personal cheques will require a six day wait for clearance.
Payment using a postal order will expedite shipment of your order.
